Return and Exchange Policy

Lucy Lou’s offers free returns within 45 days of your purchase date. To initiate a return, please reach out to Erin via email: erin@shoplucylous.com. Items eligible for return are unused, in arrival condition, and are returned in a high quality condition. A shipping label will be provided once your return is approved.

Lucy Lou’s currently does not offer exchanges.

When the returned item has been received and processed by Lucy Lou’s, the customer will receive their refund on the original payment method. If an item drops in price within 24 hours of your purchase, you will be refunded the difference in payment and discounted price. If you are requesting a price adjustment, this must be done within 24 hours of the sale price being active.
